Broken egg. What do I do?!

My curious son opened the incubator and dropped a firtallized egg and it broke. A little bit of the membrane ripped. It is 8 days into incubation. I put tape over it and waxed the air spots on the tape. Is it a lost cause or do I have hope?

I'm not sure I'd keep it. If it goes bad, it could infect your whole incubator with bacteria that will kill the rest of the eggs, too.

It cracked on the air cell. Is there still hope?

If the membrane is ripped, I would get rid of the egg. It’s not worth risking the rest of them.
