Broken Feathers

My SLW has quite a few broken feathers on her chest. I did some searching and I know its not mice that cause it and I am 99% sure my other hen isnt bullying.

What else causes this? Lice or mites?

your hen has probably gone broody and picked the feathers from her chest so she can make a brood patch to keep her chicks warm. (that's what she thinks anyway)
