Broken knee or slipped tendon?

These babies are about a month old tops. I just noticed today that this poor girl has got something wrong. It just happened because I keep a close eye on them. She is trying to move around but is limping. But it’s like when she goes to walk she just pivots on her knee. These are the best pictures I can get. What can I do to help her?
