I would say its an infection. I would still say its a possibility it could be gangrene. You can talk to your local vet about antibiotics if you wanna go that route. But if you want to save her you need a vet to check her out. If its spreading and is an infection she will be dead soon.

Yeah, if it's infected she needs strong antibiotics.
