Broken leg, or dislocated?

Not sure what happened with this little one, I moved them outside 3 days prior to noticing the injury. I have no clue what to do. The red spot is a bone, it isn't breaking the skin, but you can see it is sticking out. Thank you for any advice you may have!

Can you give us more information - is your chick limping, having a hard time walking, lethargic, not eating, etc.?
A photo of the chick standing on it's own would be helpful.
I'm having an old lady moment here - what are we looking at -

I've circled a couple of things that I think you may be asking about (?) Someone else correct me if I'm wrong.
#1 looks like it might be the tip the Sternum ( keel) bone - that would naturally stick out a little. It may be slightly pink since chicks lay on that when they sleep. (Could also be the clavical, but I think it's too far down?)
#2 the underside of her wing - is there pain when you maneuver the wing - to me it looks like chick skin, possibly a little flushed maybe from preening and/or heat.

Note the bone/skeletal structure of a chicken - see how "sharp" the sternum is - do you think this is what you are seeing/feeling?

Sorry for the confusion, the red dot is what I was referring to. According to the diagram it would be the knee (where fibula and femur meet). It isn't putting any weight on it at all. Taking the following picture is the first I have seen it stand up straight. But in the other picture you can see how it is laying with the leg outward

Hmmm....now I just don't know! What you are saying is this is under the skin and not on the actual leg or hock. I would be inclined to think this is a dislocation, but I'm not a vet.
Let's see if @WVduckchick might have a better idea.

Wow, I can't really tell either. I assume it was normal prior to going outside?
Yes, very normal. It is not walking on it at all, just laying on one side with the foot extended outward, but if I get it out it will stand without putting weight on the one. Can dislocated legs be fixed without a vet?

Thank you all for your feed back thus far, I apologize if the information I'm giving is unclear. After 4 years, I'm realizing how much of a newbie I am!
