just got an order of chicks in the mail, thankfully they got here a day early. It's supposed to be in the 20's tonight.

One chick has a pretty badly broken leg. How do I go about setting?

I had one with a broken leg and used bandaids and a q-tip wrapped in a bit of gauze to make it softer. It healed in about 10 days.

Wyorp Rock and Sourland are correct—that looks like a leg bone deformity or slipped tendon. Start chick vitamins, and read some info that was provided and by Googling “leg bone deformity in poultry.”
These chicks have a tough time getting around, getting enough to eat and drink, and are difficult to treat. Many people try splinting and vitamins initially. Good luck.
