Broken leg?

I recently got a coturnix quail who was previously kept in a battery cage. The floor was rusty wire and there were so many other quail she could barely move. I let her on the grass for the first time and she seemed a little wobbly, I thought it was because she had never been on grass, but I’ve let her out three times since and she is wobbly but I now notice she has a little limp. Is it because her leg muscles are weak or does she have a broken leg
