Broken leg??

I brought home new chicks yesterday and while adjusting the heat lamp a shelf fell knocking stuff into my brooder box. One of my chicks was hit and the skin over its femur was bleeding. The leg doesn't appear to be broken but I'm not for sure. I treated the wound with antibiotic ointment and separated it from the others. Today she is acting completely normal, eating and drinking well, but is not able to stand on the leg with full weight. She is using it to scratch and tries to push off but then lays down. Any suggestions?

She needs time to heal, like a sprained ankle for us. Monitor that she won't get picked on.
