I accidently broke an egg that was being incubated by my chicken, the inner membrane is still intact. Is there a problem if I keep it there?

I'm sorry but I believe that one is too damaged as parts of the shell which protects it from bacteria are missing. The shell contains bloom which protects the membrane. When it's smaller cracks, they can be "fixed" with melted crayola crayon/wax or fingernail polish.

If you have an incubator, you could see how it may fair by itself, but with the rest of the eggs, it can get bacteria which can infect the other eggs as well.

Alright, thanks for the help…

I put nail polish on it, and then inserted the egg below my chicken. However, the next day the egg was completely broken…

But the the other eggs hatched!
I had a similar situation, same outcome as of this morning. The hen ended up breaking it even worse than it was. So sad, looked like the poor chick was only a few days away from hatching 💔 I do have 5 live ones though, and one more egg left under the broody so, fingers crossed!
