Broken toe? Bumblefoot?

My roughly two year old Sussex (I think) roosters’ toe started to swell late last week. The toe has always been a little crooked but is even more crooked now. He has started to limp which I think is why he is keeping to himself. Besides the swelling he is eating and drinking normal. I don’t think this can be treated at home but I didn’t know if any of you could offer some insight with what I am dealing with.
