Broken toe HELP!!!!!

My 10 month old hen broke her toe. I'm pretty sure it's broken because its bending the wrong way. She was okay this morning. She was laying an egg the last time I saw her. I come back later and she was limping. I think it happened when she jumped out the nest box. I don't know what to do?
