Broken toe?

When I checked on the chickens this morning, I noticed Tracie's toe was bent to the side and her nail was twisted, it looks kind of swollen. I am so worried, I don't know what to do..
I'm sorry this post wasnt well thought out, I'm at work and just wanted to get this out there.. Any advice?? Please help my poor baby

It almost looks as if there is something wrapped around the toe - Could you clean the foot off and see if there is something cutting off circulation to the toe?
