So my broody chicken hen was sitting on 6 turkey eggs due to hatch today. 2 days ago she broke one.,a huge chunk of shell off and even a bleeding spot, but membrane is still solid. A small hole where the bleeding was. I candled and it was still moving and appeared to be trying to internally pip. I put it in the bator with my chicks that were on lockdown. Bleeding stopped so I don't believe its actively bleeding out. I was gone all day, broody hatched out 4 with one more egg still hatching. Two,of my chicks hatched so far.
This one was still alive as I saw the egg rocking just a bit ago.
Do you think it can hatch properly like this??
