I'm sitting at work a nervous wreck! Last night something spooked our 8 week old girls who are brand new to their coop & run. They were all running around flopping & trying to fly. We finally got them to settle down after a while... Crazy to admit this but I even went as far as singing to them.
We are still in the stage of teaching them to head for the coop at dark & back out to the run in the morning

This morning when I went to coax them out of the coop into the run & I noticed that our sweet Jo was having trouble with her wing!
It seemed like every time she went to stretch it out, she would tip over & look really uncomfortable. She looks a little crooked almost like she is standing funny. I am brand new to chickens & so worried about her. I didn't have much time to observe her this morning. Should I separate her from the other ladies? We have 4 total & they all seem to have a pretty good bond with each other. Is a wing injury something that heals itself? HELP!
