We got a call from a friend of our who works at TSC asking us to please take in a baby chick who’s wing broke today.
No one else wanted it and they were desperate to find it a home with other chicks near it’s age. We had 10 6 week old chickens and now we have this baby (not sure the age exactly) we have it in a tub under a heat lamp with two of our other chickens. The wing is bandaged. What else should we be doing?
Also how long will it take to heal?
The name is Lilo it is an adorable little thing

I ended up moving the other 2 chickens out of the bin with lilo last night as I kept finding Lilos bandage off and I suspected it was getting pecked at by the other chickens
I then went to bed and just went to check on Lilo and little one was doing good with the bandage still on!
