Broken Wing on Barred Rock Hen

Hello, about a week or so ago we noticed that one of our Barred Rock hens wing was hanging limp. I caught her and looked at it . I could move it without seeming to hurt her. But she Can't keep it up off the ground. She has been doing okay still eating and everything but just wondering if we should do something about it. We really don't have a clue how it could have happened

Any Suggestions would be great
