I feel like butt hole is part of a rooster's job description. Lol. They all are butt holes in one form or another. But we love them just the same.I'll see if I can do that. Ricky might be a butt hole but he's my butt hole. I'm not sure how he got hurt. He already has a double case of bad bumble foot I can't fix and is just old in general. We did have a lot of buzzards and hawks around yesterday (there was a dead baby dear in the field and all the birds wanted a bite) While I didn't see a wound, It wouldn't surprise me if he was injusred in battle. Or maybe dumb butt just fell.
Vetwrap is a blessing. You will have to get creative to hold the wing in the right position while also being escape proof.So we tried the gauze that you pin together... he got out of it 3 times so we are trying the kind that sticks to itself.
Agrees.Um I guess it's up to how well he rests. I personally would probably crate him so he doesnt just flap around and get out of his wrap.
