I was handling each bird to try and sex them. I dropped one and now she is panting and has a droopy wing. Is there anything I can do? I feel pretty bad about it! Gah!

I was handling each bird to try and sex them. I dropped one and now she is panting and has a droopy wing. Is there anything I can do? I feel pretty bad about it! Gah!
How hot is it in that enclosure?
Drooped wings and panting are ways they deal with heat.
Out of hundreds I have had only one hen break a wing. Still no idea how she did it but accidents happen. Make her move and see how she acts. Check her to see if the bone is protruding from the skin.

I checked and can't see any bone. One wing is staying lower than the other.
They are inside my house, so around 20*C. There is a 7w strip bulb in there, but it doesn't really give off any heat...
