last night a dog attacked my chickens and one of them looks like she has broken wings, she can't stand since she can't use her wings to balance. is there any way I could wrap her wings to help her wings heal faster?

thankyou there are no bones sticking out and you can't feel any broken bones so maybe they're just soreHow sad!
Seeking vet care is the best course of action if at all possible.
Can you see any broken bones protruding through the skin or feel broken bones?
Does she have any wounds, punctures, ripped out feathers, etc.?
Photos of your hen may be helpful.
Work her through shock, get sugar water into her asap. 1tsp sugar to 1 cup water.
Clean any wounds with saline, chlorhexidine or similar, then apply triple antibiotic ointment.
For wings. You really need to determine if they are indeed broken, if she's just in shock, is just really sore, because splinting/wrapping could make things worse if you are not certain what has happened and if she has any internal injuries.
You'll have to make that judgement call on your own, if you decide to wrap. Here's a manual that you may find helpful.
