Broken Yolks inside eggs

Recently I've had a few eggs where the yolks were broken inside. I'm not sure why this is happening or if it may indicate an illness of some kind. Anyone familiar with this? I would appreciate any info or advice. Thank you.
 
Yes, the yolk color is normal but one egg did have a bit of blood in it.

Thank you all for the info and advice. I have 23 hens and occasionally sell the eggs so this is something that I would like to resolve as soon as possible. The hens have been laying for 5 months now and I haven't changed any handling procedures so its a mystery to me. I guess I need to invest in a Candler and hopefully remove any broken yolk eggs before I sell them.
