Bronchitis / cold remedies?

Do you live in an area where a lot of agricultural spraying goes on? Or where they raise a lot of grain? Where I am originally from in California, that's a chronic problem for a lot of people, due to the large scale agriculture in the San Joaquin Valley.

I'm wondering if you have allergies, even food allergies or intolerances. Perhaps you should have have some allergy testing done.
Get a 2nd opinion--maybe even go to a teaching hospital if there's one near you. Two years of non-stop bronchitis sounds like something else is contributing to your suffering.
In the meantime, it wouldn't hurt to take cod liver oil, vitamin C, magnesium taurate, and a good multivitamin.

I don't think bronchitis should last that long unless you have chronic bronchitis. Have you seen a pulmonologist? It sounds like you need a specialist. Other than that, try airing the house out every day, and changing your pillowcases daily.

Talk to your doctor about reactive airway disease. I had a lot of problems when I first moved here and they just kept getting worse. I was on 7 medications to break the cycle, and now I just have an inhaler that I hardly use.

My Doctor had me on Advair and it almost killed me. I never got better and stayed sick with bronchitis for 2 yrs. I happen to be in Columbia at my moms and there was a news report stating that people were dying from using the prescription Advair, it scared me so I quit using it and I haven't had bronchitis in over 2 yrs. I don't know if you are using this drug but if you are please do some research on it..... Laura

Are you sure that you don't have mold in your home. Some of the symptoms you described are signs of a mold problem. A couple I know had a water leak at their ice maker and it caused the deadly type of mold to form in their home, they has to get people specially trained in mold removal to clean their home and then they had to sell it, it was way more complicated than that( Sheetrock and insulation removal) but they stayed sick with a lot of the symptoms you have described. I hope you can get to the root of this illness....Laura
