Brood peachicks with turkey poult?

My first two peachicks hatched last week(yeah!)-they are now hanging with a silver phoenix chick (about their size). Unexpectedly last PM I found an early hatcher from a group of turkey eggs under a hen (they should be due next week-this egg was more developed when I candled). The poult was still wobbly, so I put it with some freshly hatched chicks, but with all of the concern of mixing turkeys and chickens, I'm debating about putting the poult in with the peachicks. The poult is a week younger, will the peachicks pick on it? The peachicks are already jumping up on top of the 1 qt waterer (very active). Putting the poult with the peas with also make sure it gets gamebird starter vs. chick starter. If he's got his feet under him tonight we may switch out. Any opinions/suggestions? Thanks!

We brood chicks, keets, poults, pea chicks side by side in the brooder at hatch. I like to use the chicks since they are more active to keep the poults moving to feed and water. After a week or so I seperate the chicks out only because of the feed. The keets, poults and peachicks get 28% game bird starter the chicks 19% start n grow. Once your poult gets it's legs figured out it will do fine with the pea's. Just watch they aren't picking on the poult

with a week difference in age you should be fine. I keep the chicks (pea and chicken) and the poults indoors in a brooder for 2-3 days then move them out to the 1st brooder which has all 3 up to 2 weeks old, at 2 weeks old they move to the 2nd brooder (again all together). I feed all a 24% starter mixed with kelp and probiotics so all eat the same until they are separated at 4-6 weeks old.

Well, I tried the poult with the 2 peachicks and silver phoenix chick this AM. Not too good, the peachicks started to try and drag the poult around by his wings- guess he's going to hang with the Brahma and Java chicks for awhile longer. I don't mind the peas picking on chicks (they will stand up for themselves or leave), turkeys just seem to be the dim witted cousin. Next hurdle is some guinea keets hatching with peas this week. At least the guineas can outrun them!
