Brooder Cam!

How can I watch this brooder cam and think of these poor chicks dehydrating?

Brooder cam is back up, for some reason it wouldn't let me get on this morning but it's working now!

I have a question about brooder cams, namely what is a good middle of the road brand name and where do you purchase one? Are they hard to set up? What equipment would I need if I wanted to view them when I'm inside my house?? Thanks for your help. In Michigan.
