Brooder chicks

I have one day old chicks hatched by a breeder she is still sitting on them and has a couple unhatched eggs when do I need to start giving food and water and how long should I wait to see if the other eggs hatch it’s been exactly 21 days

Put food and water in with her now. Make sure the waterer is chick drowning proof. Put them away from the nest but make sure the chicks can get back under mom. Give the late eggs another day then closely examine them for any signs of life.
