My 3wk old chicks are shredding the newspaper and entertaining themselves like crazy. How do I keep it clean enough for them. Scratching their pine chips into water and feed. Etc

Try putting something under the feed and water to raise them up out of the bedding. I have used a board or a brick for this. Or switch to hanging water. I have had success screwing an eyelet bolt through the top of one of those cheap plastic waterers to hang it. It didn't cause too much leaking.
