Brooder size for 70 Cornish X's?

Hello all,

I have 70 Cornish X's coming next week. I'll use tractors with 25 birds max once they are on pasture full time, but right now I'm setting up my brooder. I have always dealt with 16-20 layers at one time in the past and have used plastic bins for those. This will be my first foray into meat birds of this quantity.

I have a 7'x10' shed that used to be my hen house until I switched to a mobile setup. Now it's used for garden tools. I'm going to use that for my brooder for the CX's. About how much of that 70sf space should I set aside for the birds for the first 2-3 weeks that they'll need to be in there? The info I'm finding online is more for large scale houses so I thought I check with some here who work with smaller quantities.

For that many birds the first couple days until they know where food and water is I would believe 4x4-4x6 would do. Once they know where food and water is you could really open them up to the whole 7x10.
