I would not do that. You want your chicks to NOT associate the nest boxes with a comfy place to sleep. Many flock managers have difficulty keeping the chicks from sleeping in the nest boxes. It is a nasty habit, and results in boxes that are full of poo, soiling the eggs. Make it separate and AWAY from your nest boxes.
