Brooder to coop

[Fry babies]

I'm thinking my chicks are getting to be about the age to kick them out of the house to the coop. Wondering if I should just put them out or is there a process to go through to get them used to the outdoors? They've been getting outdoor time on nice days and been loving it but not sure about having them out full time. any help or suggestions on this?

If they've been outdoors for a few times already, they should know what they're in for. We put the chicks out for just day times at first, but you could throw them right into it I suppose.

You might need to show them where it is they need to sleep for a few nights at first, or they might just end up sleeping outside the coop. It takes a while for them to get into a routine of going back inside at night.
