Brooder to the Pen?

What do you experienced quail owners think about moving little over two week old birds to the outside pen? Nights are in the 40's-60's, and days are anywhere from the 80's-70's. Of course I'm keeping a light on them, but was wondering about the temps...

I wouldn't until their heads are fully feathered up. About 3 weeks old is better.
