This is for all domestic poultry:

95* F to start (week one)
90* F for week two
85* F for week three
80* F for week four
----continue to lower temps by 5 degrees F per week, until youngsters are feathered out, unless its below 60*, in which case I would continue to keep a heat lamp available to them until they have feathers and a little size on them too. Maybe 8 weeks.
