Here is an existing thread. Maybe we need to get it made into a sticky. I used the idea of a clear tote with hardware cloth in the lid for ventilation.

Here's mine. I made it about amonth ago. The only thing i wish i had done differently was to seperate it into two sections for different aged hatches. I also have the cords of the heat lamps zip tied on the side of the brooder to help with stability of the heat lamps, just for a little extra safety. Which is not shown in the picture.
