So we are building are coop, we are first timers and we have 24 chicks, so could someone plz tell us how many brooders do we need..

Well, you have two options; you can make multiple brooders or one big one so all the chicks are together. Below are some links to check out about that.

Thanks for the info. so when we build nest boxes how many do we need and plz don't say 24. lol Will they share nest's ?

Plan on one nest for every 2-3 hens you own so figures somewhere from 8-12 nests. The more the better. Hens will fit over nests if there are too few resulting in stressed hens and broken eggs.
