right now, we've got three hens with babies.

Lily, the cochins four remaining babies are two weeks old today, 2 days ago, Juliet the silkies three babies hatched, when the babies were able to walk good i put them all on the ground, Lily accepted Juliet with no hitches, they didn't fight , and although they don't "co-raise" the babies, neither of them pick on the others babies.

then, last night, Naomi had two of her own babies hatch, but one, a really pretty silverish one with 5 toes!

died right after hatching, the other looks just like all the other babies she's had...anyways, so yesdterday i split Juliets rabbit hutch with a piece of an old rat cage...

Long story short, LOL this morning when I went to let Juliet and babies out, Naomi tryed to come out too, thebaby..just sort of fell out after her, and Juliet automatically attacks her, these two co-raised once before...but now Juliet will have none of it

Lily doesn't bother her except for a few pecks,

so i put Naomi and baby back in their half of the rabbit hutch for the day with food and water.

will the fighting get better once the baby is moving around, or will i basically have to schedule individual out time?

I'd keep them where they can see and hear each other, and keep trying.
