Broodiness in geese

What are the signs of broodiness in geese? It is different for geese than chickens? My female goose keeps sitting in her coop in a nest box and doesn’t usually do that. I checked under her and there was no eggs and she got up for 7 hours but then went back and she still hasn’t laid any eggs.

Well if she hasn't laid eggs she is very unlikely to be broody. She may just be getting ready to start laying. Geese will lay a clutch of eggs. Generally covering them with bedding daily, and when they are ready to set they will line the nest with down and start the brooding process.
