The short answer is it won't matter if its only for a week or so with either feed. Long term is different.
You can also go middle of the road with flock raiser crumbles if you are worried about it.
I have fed the higher protein gamebird feed to my layer chicks on occasion if the need arose and I feed it to all of my meatbirds for the first few weeks of life (have done so with over 500 so far) and have had zero problems.
Don't worry about it too much if its a short term situation, I have chicken eggs and turkey eggs in the bator right now, they will hatch together and be brooded together for a short time and will be fed the game bird feed.
