I picked up some chicks a few days ago and apparently my 8 week old pullet has some strong broody instincts? She has basically adopted these 1 week old chicks. One is a blue orpington and three are partridge chanteclers. I have never heard of this happening before but it is too cute not to share! Unfortunately she isn't very big yet so doesn't exactly have a ton of room under herself... Every time I peek into their tub she is fluffed up with her wings out a bit so they can all squeeze underneath. No pecking or anything, what a sweetheart!
