Broody & a return to egg laying?

Oh man, sometimes that’s not very easy for me. They like roosting on the top bar ( it’s a ladder style roost ) and I’m too short to reach them lol. I end up having to stand up on the roost to get them

The whole coop was built by the previous landowner and he was way taller than me lol. cant complain too much, though, it’s a nice coop

I don't know what the coop looks like or how that ladder roost is put together but it may be beneficial to remove the top ladder rung.

So, I don’t think my broody or ameraucana laid the egg. Both of their vents are small/puckered and their pelvic bones are fairly close together. It was likely one of my other pullets, but I still have my ameraucana by herself just to be sure
