broody after hatching???

hey my hen has been on the nest for 2 days almost 3 after the the first chick has hatched and she iss till on i think 4 eggs and wont move and the chciks come out from under her feathers evry few hours and i feed them a bit but they have no idea how to eat wat shud i do ???

I'm interested in opinions on this too. I have a single chick in this situation. Not sure what to do-move to brooder, wait longer...
