I have my very first broody! Went out to check this morning and she was still sitting since yesterday afternoon and she growled at me when I tried to move her.
Biggest problem though, we haven't had a rooster for 3 wks now, so no fertile eggs! I did take her 1 egg and now she is just sitting on a golf ball. I guess I could try to find her some fertile eggs? She is not a year old yet so maybe I shouldn't let her sit.
What do you all think?
