Broody ate a egg!!????

Hi guys so we separated our broody hen snowball and gave her six eggs four days ago and now when I’m checking on her I could see a wet spot on our video camera and I went to check and found the remains of an egg!! But no she’ll. Do you guys know if she ate it Or if something else happens?

So I checked again and found six eggs under her all were the fertile ones we gave her but there was still a broken egg i there??? She’s separated from the rest of the flock so there’s no chance they got in there

Do you have video being recorded, or just live view on the camera? How long has she been broody?

So it turns out one of our other chooks managed to find her way in there and laid an egg but her eggs are quit soft and broke
