Broody behavior or not? It’s my 1st time seeing this. Need advice

how did they fare??
Thanks to the other hens being a pain & crowding her I lost 4 eggs. However, all the rest hatched & she’s being an amazing momma! I posted a pick of one of her babies! I ended up sealing her off from the others until her babies are a little bigger. Then I can let them all out into the yard.

What a cutie pie!! Yay for mama hen’s success with her chicks!! Sounds like you’ve done a great job helping her! It will be amazing to let her into the yard with the babies and watch her teach them the ways! My mama hen has hatched 3 sets of chicks now, and my mind is blown every time, so sweet. Best of continued luck! :thumbsup

Thank you! Funny thing is one of my other hens has decided to go broody now as well! My red speckled Sussex we call Jiggle Sissta! Reason for her name is she’s got the fluff in the trunk & a nice big breast so she jiggles & wiggles when she runs. We love her.
