Broody Buff Orpington Not Eating

I have a Buff Orpington hen who is just over a year old. She started being broody about a week and a half ago and is not eating or drinking. She won't eat from my hand, and I have to drip water over her beak to get her to drink. Her comb and wattle are incredibly pale, but she just won't get off her eggs at all. She has only pooped twice since she went broody. Should I be concerned or is this normal?

I would physically remove her from the nest and place her by food and water.

If I do that, will she stop being broody or will she just get back on her eggs? She doesn't normally let me get close to her and she is even more touchy now.
