broody chicken with worms

I have a broody chicken that has worms. ( she is not laying on any eggs she just is in the empty nest box.) she came out today to eat while I was there and she had a dirty butt. when she pooped it had worms small very fast worms very wiggly ? there are 3 chickens in with her and I have 14 - 4 month old chicks that I want to put in with them this weekend. I didn't see anything in the other chickens poop just the one. what can I give to her to get rid of them? do I really need to give a wormer to all the chickens? The chicks have been living next to the big chickens for about 1 1/2 months now, but not together in the same coop.

any suggestions?
