Broody cochin

So my Cochin has been broody for about 2 weeks. A couple questions. Do u think it's too cold for her to hatch out some eggs I am in nh and it's still snow weather. And is three more weeks of sitting going to make hurt her. She gets up everyday and goes out to the run but then comes back and sits. She is very dedicated. I do have a brooder in the coop

She wont sit for but maybe another week in half,giving her eggs now would be a bad time.
