Well i have Different types of quail all in natural type pens with cover well my browns lay where every they seem to be
at the time well my Tibetans seem to have found there own nest spot each one has a favorite spot and lay there egg there
every day(main Made nest box).
i have not observed this with my browns before they lay and leave them but my tibetans seem to be going broody staying with the egg
till i collect them, i was wondering if they really are going broody or if this is somthing else i would like to leave 1 nest with eggs to see if the tibetan would hatch it out any one else done this before info comments welcome thank you

its rare, but can happen. I'd check the nest at least 15 times a day, if there is a bird sitting on it all the time, i'd say give it a whack, but if you never see a bird sitting there, its probably just a nice spot to lay an egg.
