Broody Forever?

So my BO is going on her 5th week of being broody. I have removed her eggs, golf balls, bedding, and her from the nest, but she goes back, and I'm sure is sleeping in the nestbox. I have tried caging her and she is miserable, and goes right back to the box. Aside from actually letting her hatch some eggs, what else can I do to break her?

I am in the same boat with my EE that looks very much like a BO. She is very young and I dipped her in icy water today she is back eating with the gang right now but I blocked off the nests after I gathered the eggs. I put her in a cage all day alone with no bedding just water and food. She is eating now but still no eggs. I plan to lock her up tomorrow and hope this does the trick.
