Hi all,
I have lost all my info on this site......I started a new registration. I have 2 broody geese a year old, and wondering if I should leave the gander in the same pen as they are in?
The babies are hatching now.........a week early. It got super hot here so my guess is the heat helped the early hatch. So far all is well. Just watching closely to be sure the 2 momma's dont fight.....they are on two seperate levels, one on top with a ramp and one on bottom....any suggestions?
I really need my last info on here.....thank you!!!!

Usually the gander is fine with goslings, only problem I can see is goslings getting trampled if a fight breaks out. Between mamas or daddy's Are the gander hanging with one mama and do they get along? You might try temp fencing around the 2 nestsjust till goslings are older enough to get out of the way. Maybe 2-3 weeks old

Thank you! Yes, they all get along. I did have to put one goose with the toddlers so they could stay busy and out of the way. I sure may use some temp fencing just in case.
:) 3 girls and one boy may not mix with 2 new mommas!
