Lots of people do it. Just take it slowly, and if the goose lifts her wing for them to snuggle, then you know she´s willing. usually the most difficult part is getting the babies to recognise that she´s now the mom, and to seek heat under her. If it´s a tad chilly, they soon learn. And important to check at night that they´re tucked up under her.
