Broody has blood on comb

The chicks had been with the bullied broody. Chicks are not being bullied, thank God. Broody has been weaning them since last Friday and they are now completely independent.
OK good....so not sure what this means:
Ok, so you think the littles are ok to go in the main coop?

So we have sort of a two-story coop. We built it ourselves. The top has the nesting boxes and roost. The hens sleep there and lay eggs.

The bottom is closed in and we had moved the broodys and eggs down the to hatch, which was 5 weeks ago. They were closed off from the

(Hit send by accident). The chicks and broodys were VISIBLE but separated during the first few days of hatch.

The chicks have now been weaned and introduced to the top coop, but they have still been sleeping downstairs of their own accord.

I guess I'm just making sure they will be ok if I close them out of the bottom and put the mean girls there instead.

I'm sure it will all work out.

Can you post some pics?
Can the top residents get out of coop without the bully escaping?

K. So we have a run within a run. The top coop gals can get out, the bottom coop gals would be restricted to the area attached to the left side. Not sure if you can make it out. May need to zoom in.

Ah, I see, thanks!
Neat little brooder area under there.
Any way to section off the bottom part, the far right door, for the bully jail?

Yes, that whole area has a separate entrance on the left with a gate and food/water. It's actually already sectioned off. My only concern is that I would be basically kicking the littles out of their sleeping area and forcing them upstairs.

I didn't describe that very well.
Section off part of the lower level, using the far right door for access, for a bully jail.
