Broody hatched eggs

My Silkie Stella was a first time broody . She is 3 days shy at being a year . She had 11 eggs all showed signs of being fertile . This was my very first broody from a flock of chicken that I solely take care of .
I made mistakes and that is killing me . Out of 8 chicks hatched 3 are still living .she has 3 eggs to go , and she is still broody . I know chicks are fragile and sometimes nothing you do will keep them alive .I know this just like I know even ordering from a hatchery they might not have lived. I was so excited to hatch my very first clutch I don't know if I will ever let them hatch anymore . It's been a long sad week

They are at day 20/21 They are piping so should be anytime now . She has 2 left . 1 has hatched They are eggs that another hen had that went psycho and killed and ate 3 chicks)eggs . She is no longer a part of my flock
